May 24, 2008: Organization volunteers are working in Punjab, India, Counseling school students and public about their future, Drugs, sports and better life.
About 20,000 students were benefited by these lectures and seminars, approximately 100 volunteers working hard in different areas of Punjab. During holidays Volunteers go to villages to spread awareness fully equipped with Laptops and Projectors, they distribute free material regarding career, awareness about drugs, Sports, better Social and Religious life.
Here are few of the areas on which volunteers focus:
1 Counseling: To provide support and encouragement towards skilled training to earn for better living and to help remove poverty from the region thorough skilled trades and education.
2. Education: To help those family who live below poverty line. Students who are brilliant in studies and those who are willing to go to school but they cannot afford to go to school.
3. Sports: To promote sports in the region at grass root level and pick the kids at early stages to keep the youth away and be discipline citizens of this beautiful world.
4. Drugs: to spread the awareness about drugs in the community. To aware the public about causes and effects and treatments for drugs by offering courses, Seminars and meetings. To coordinate health care and social support services for persons affected by drug and abuse.
