Alexia Chellun

Alexia Chellun's (Jap Hari Kaur) first collection of mantras
is a lush album with a lullaby feel. Hailing from the seaside town of
Brighton, Alexia, a Kundalini Yoga teacher and lifelong musician, often
finds herself down at the sea with her guitar singing out to the great
infinite ocean. It is this sweetness and softness that her voices
conveys, weaving influences from her own upbringing on Mauritius in a
lively Hindu household to the folk and Celtic tones of the British

With this album, we feel Alexia's presence; the intimacy of these
acoustic recordings creates the sense that she is next to us with her
soothing voice. The seven treasures of Jap Hari are drawn mainly from
the Kundalini Yoga tradition, and also include the Hindu mantra Hare
Krishna and the Buddhist mantra Om Mane Padmi Hum.

Meditate on the ambrosial nectar of the Divine Name.
