Annki Har Dyal Kaur

Har Dayaal is the spiritual name of Annki and Klas Landahl, a married couple living in Stockholm. They are long experienced musicians and yoga teachers. They run the studio Stockholm Kundaliniyoga Center where they have regular classes of yoga, meditation and singing. They met through music and yoga, and their voices enjoyed very much playing with each other from the very start. They regularly hold the event Stockholm Bhakti Gathering where people come together to sing mantras and spiritual songs to live music, in a very playful and relaxed environment we can explore and express our voices and feel the powerful effect of singing. Coming together in the community and singing in this prestige-less way has been very appreciated! Their first album, "JAP – meditations for transformation" is a double-CD consisting of 7 mantra meditations with different purposes. It is a very appreciated album that many yoga practitioners use to meditate at home and teachers are using it in their classes. "Morning Glow" is their second album and contains the mantras from the Kundaliniyoga practice of the Aquarian Sadhana. Har Dayaal's aim is for their recordings to hold and maintain the vibration of each mantra, to support the meditators in their practice.
