A Canada-based devotee S. Mehar Singh Chandna expressed his devotion by offering 1kg gold at Sachkhand Sri Harmandar Sahib. He offered this gold in the form of 10 coins weighing 100 gram each.

S. Mehar Singh said that it was the wish of their late son S. Mandeep Singh Chandna, which has been completed. He said there is no greater house than Sachkhand Sri Harmandar Sahib, from where one gets spiritual and mental guidance. He prayed before the Guru (master) to bless humanity with peace and welfare of all.

On this occasion, Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) additional secretary S. Partap Singh said that every day lakhs of Sangat pay obeisance at Sachkhand Sri Harmandar Sahib and offer offerings at the Guru’s house and Canada based S. Mehar Singh Chandna has served with gold. He thanked the devout family.

SGPC executive committee member Bibi Gurpreet Kaur, S. Partap Singh, manager Sri Darbar Sahib S. Sulakhan Singh honoured S. Mehar Singh Chandna and his family with the Guru’s blessing Siropaos (robes of honour) and photos of Sachkhand Sri Harmandar Sahib.

Those present on this occasion included in-charge S. Shahbaz Singh, superintendent S. Malkeet Singh, assistant superintendent S. Gurpreet Singh, assistant manager S. Nishan Singh and more.
