Hi!

My name is Kaylee, and I am blessed to reach out to you as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for SikhNet.

As the CFO, I personally verify each and every number and cross reference every single financial transaction within SikhNet, and have been doing so since 2017.

While I am a very 'by the book' Accountant, I also make it a practice to give an extra mental "Thank You" prayer for every donation, as I verify financial data from the bank to our records. Every dollar counts, and the fact that you shared what you could with SikhNet lightens my heart.

Money isn't a linear transaction, it's an echo that recycles itself over and over, working as a tool to support your values, which, with enough momentum, creates lasting shifts and changes for generations.

For each $1 you donate  $0.72 cents goes back into the product and service that reaches over 8 million people around the world to improve their lives and lean into a like-minded community, even in the most isolated of situations or areas.

For each $1 you donate $0.28 cents employs our global staff, who in turn can continue their work within their own hearts, homes, and communities.

Because of your donations we have not had to lay off any of our staff, in fact we were able to expand employment opportunities during this pandemic, offering safe, stable, & flexible employment; and for that we also thank you.

73% of our overall income comes from donors like you; if you haven't had a chance to donate yet this year will you donate today?

Every donation makes a difference, even if it's $1.

If you are called to give more, the IRS (U.S. Taxes) has created a Temporary Suspension of Limits on Charitable Contributions, which gives more of a tax deduction as an incentive for 2020. Individuals may deduct qualified contributions of up to 100% of their adjusted gross income & any corporations may deduct qualified contributions of up to 25% of its taxable income. (Get your employer involved!)

I am so inspired by you. Thank you!

Kaylee
