Over the years, some young Sikh film-makers have created movies about 1984 for the SikhNet Youth OnLine Film Festival. This particular film, Injustice 1984, was created by Jarnail Singh from Patiala, Punjab, India for the 2012 Film Festival.
This film is a fictionalization of true events that happened near Delhi.
In 2014, the theme for the SikhNet Youth OnLine Film Festival is UnCommon Courage. We encourage all young Sikh film makers to tell your stories, and let your voice be heard.
