Harbhajan & Siri Sevak Kaur

Siri Sevak Kaur is a devoted Sikh and musician residing at Guru Ram Das Ashram in Millis, Massachusetts. The ashram is a peaceful retreat center located on 18 acres of scenic woodland, offering daily sadhana, weekly Gurdwara, residential living space, guest accommodations, and a variety of classes, workshops, and training through the Baba Siri Chand Yoga Center. Having studied with Bhai Baldeep Singh of Delhi since 1998, Siri Sevak Kaur is a dedicated student of classical Gurbani Kirtan. She and her fellow student, Harbhajan Kaur, frequently sing together at the Gurdwara in Millis and teach kirtan classes at Solstices. Siri Sevak Kaur is skilled in playing three handmade instruments similar to those used during the time of the Gurus. These instruments include a tanpurni and a taus, both stringed instruments, and a percussion instrument called a jori. Siri Sevak Kaur's music style is a fusion of Western music, mantras, and Kundalini music. Her captivating voice and soulful music create a beautiful ambiance of devotion and spiritual upliftment. Guru Ram Das Ashram is a hub of spiritual growth and learning. Siri Sevak Kaur and Harbhajan Kaur teach ongoing classes in Gurmukhi and Gurbani, guiding their students in the study and practice of these sacred texts. The ashram offers an array of opportunities for seekers to deepen their spiritual practice and connect with the Sikh community.
