The purpose of human life is to merge back into the Divine, transcend the material, and live in the Spiritual. Divine energy permeates all things in the Universe and the material world and all the things in it are alive due to Spirit. Only Spirit is alive and nothing else!!

How do we achieve this? It is by going within. It is meditation or Nam Japna. Minute-sensitive waves in the form of thoughts are always going to the outer world. We must collect and start to divert these back inwards toward our souls. This is practically a reverse process of mind from constantly being extroverted and wasting our energy to being introspective. By this reverse process, we start conserving our energy, directing our thought waves inward by concentrating on the Divine. The easiest method is to repeat the Divine Word or the Guru mantra for a few minutes in the beginning by sitting in a comfortable place at the same time morning and evening.  Gradually increase the practice by repeating the Guru Mantra throughout the day and even before going to sleep or if unable to sleep.
